Avon Grove High School Junior Prom

This year, Avon Grove high school in southern chester county PA, decided against having a prom for the junior class of 2022.

So 3 AMAZING moms stepped up and said “That’s not acceptable”!!! The moms planned their own prom for the class of 2022. EVERYONE WAS invited regardless if the date attended Avon Grove or not. They looked for venues that that didn’t have stringent Covid restrictions in place. The ability to dance and not wear a mask was their top priority in their venue search.

Kings Mills in Glen Mills was chosen. The moms chose the food, hired a DJ, a fabulous photographer, prepared goodies bags for all the guests, and even hired a photo booth.

All 140 kids in attendance had a wonderful time. The kids NEEDED this after the crappy past 16 months everyone has had.

Moms will do anything for their kids!! Go MOMS!!!
